“Each time I volunteered at Pine Street Inn, I was amazed at how thoughtful Pine Street Inn was throughout a person’s journey: from showing up at the doorstep to becoming self-sufficient contributors in society. With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling and give them a chance to rebuild their lives.”

“I'm running the Boston Marathon this spring and raising money for Pine Street Inn, who do great work that's very close to my heart. Since doing my volunteer requirement at Pine Street in high school I have always felt a special connection with this community.”

David Krakauer
“This is my 10th year running for Pine Street Inn and supporting their mission dedicated to providing shelter, job training, and support services to homeless individuals in Boston. Pine Street is more than a homeless shelter. They provide all the resources critical to helping people lift themselves out of homelessness, including providing permanent, assistive housing.”

Madison Mahoney
“As a longtime runner and regular Pine Street Inn volunteer, I'm beyond excited about this incredible opportunity. The Boston Marathon is an iconic event that I would love to take part in. The opportunity to represent a group I'm very passionate about supporting in such an iconic event seems like a one-in-a-lifetime experience.”

Susan Slotoroff
“For the Boston Marathon, an event that means so much to me personally, as the culmination of years of working and dreaming, I am honored to be putting meaning in each mile by supporting Pine Street Inn, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness. I’m particularly inspired by the work you do not just providing emergency shelter with the goal for permanent housing, but also providing services like workforce development, recovery and more.”
