Pine Street Inn offers volunteer opportunities designed for corporate groups, faith-based groups, clubs, alumni organizations, schools and more. We will work with you to customize an opportunity for your group.

Challenge your office or group to collect critical items like toiletries or gift cards that are needed to support our guests and tenants. Host drives to create Welcome Home Baskets or toiletry kits.

Everyone loves take-out! Consider ordering lunch for our Women’s Inn shelter guests. Anything from pizza and salads to sandwiches and pasta would be so appreciated. Groups are also welcome to create and send a video message. If this is the opportunity you are looking for, please plan on lunch for 40-50 guests. Send handwritten notes, cards and well wishes to tenants at one of our 35 permanent supportive housing locations across Boston and Brookline. This activity is perfect for families and groups of any size. House sizes range from 10 to 55 tenants. Consider “adopting” one of our housing sites by sending cards from your group 4x/year. We are in need of snacks for our Shelter and Outreach programs. This food-drive opportunity is great for individual volunteers, youth groups, or small groups of friends.
