In order to control the virus and to provide as much social distance as possible, we have instituted limits on how many people can stay in our shelters; we are doing our best to protect the health and safety of those already staying with us.
If you are newly homeless, please call our Front Door Triage staff at 617.892.9228 so that we can work with you to try to find an alternative accommodation.
· Triage hours are every day, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, by phone.
· Triage staff will assess your needs and have a list of resources in an attempt to resolve your immediate crisis.
If you are new to emergency shelter, or are returning after some time away, you will meet with a member of Pine Street’s Triage team to assess what can be done to immediately or very quickly resolve your need for shelter. Please note:
Individuals seeking short-term emergency shelter for the first time may call Triage at 617.892.9228.
