COVID-19 Update
In order to control the virus and to provide as much social distance as possible, we have instituted limits on how many people can stay in our shelters; we are doing our best to protect the health and safety of those already staying with us.
If you are new to emergency shelter, or are returning after some time away, you will meet with a member of Pine Street’s Triage team to assess what can be done to immediately or very quickly resolve your need for shelter. Please note:
Individuals seeking short-term emergency shelter for the first time may call Triage at 617.892.9228.
If you live in Boston and are not yet homeless but are at risk of becoming homeless, please contact the City of Boston Office of Housing Stability at 617.635.4200.
