September is Hunger Action Month
Established by Feeding America in 2008, Hunger Action Month is a reminder to everyone that hunger exists - in your nation, your state, and your community. TAKE ACTION: Host A Food Drive to benefit Pine Street Inn! Items collected from food drives are incorporated into our meals plan, which serves 2,000 meals each day, and are also used in a food starter kit given to individuals moving out of the shelter and into permanent housing.
