PAUL SULLIVAN HOUSING-DMH
Licensed Clinician- This position provides clinical services for adults with mental illness residing in community settings both congregate homes and individual residences. Services include individual and group treatment as well as clinical assessments. The Licensed Clinician works very closely with other Flexible Supports Team members and provides them with clinical advice and direction pertaining to individual services and documentation.
Requirements are:
- LICSW or LMHC; MSW of equivalent
- Currently certified in or have the ability to achieve MAP, CPR, and First Aid certification
- 3 years experience providing services to adults with mental illness
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing IAP documentation according to Medicaid Rehab Option, CARF, and DMH licensing standards.
- Experience with delivering services sponsored by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health
- Ability to effectively integrate clinical understanding into IAP documentation, including diagnostic and
- Psychopharmacological information.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to function under pressure in a fast paced human service environment
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals in varied community based residential settings.
