Location: Boston, MA (Location Varies)
Shift: Morning / Afternoon - First Shift
Full-Time

Requirements are:

• LICSW or LMHC; MSW of equivalent
• Currently certified in or have the ability to achieve MAP, CPR, and First Aid certification
• 3 years experience providing services to adults with mental illness
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing IAP documentation according to Medicaid Rehab Option, CARF, and DMH licensing standards.
• Experience with delivering services sponsored by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health
• Ability to effectively integrate clinical understanding into IAP documentation, including diagnostic and
• Psychopharmacological information.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to function under pressure in a fast paced human service environment

Preferred:

• Experience working with individuals in varied community based residential settings.
• Experience working in teams and in staff training and development.
