This position has responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of this program. One aspect of the job involves offering case management services as they are needed by residents who are living with HIV/AIDS and have histories of homelessness and co-occurring disabilities such as substance abuse and mental illness. As Supervisor, this position is responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of an evening counselor and a house manager. This involves hiring, evaluation, training and support of supervisees. REACH is a scattered-site “housing first” program with the objective of moving chronically homeless individuals directly from PSI emergency service systems into permanent housing.
